Ellen – Practice Administrator
In January of 2015 I joined the DeFatta ENT & Facial Plastic Surgery team as Practice Administrator. It is my joy to not only assist in the day to day operations of the practice, but to also have the opportunity to interact with patients. I have always enjoyed the personal touch of working in a private practice and I feel so blessed to work with an amazing team of physicians and employees. Some of my favorite moments are when laughter floats down the hallway from patients, staff and physicians. In the summer I love to go camping and hiking with family and friends and in the winter it’s all about game playing and quilting!
Lia – Patient Financial Representative
I have been with DeFatta ENT & Facial Plastic Surgery since their practice opened April 15, 2014. I joined their team as their Medical Receptionist/Payroll Specialist. In the Fall 2015 as our clinic continued to grow I transitioned into our Business Office department as a Patient Financial Representative. This has been a wonderful and challenging transition and I’m so thankful that I was given this opportunity to grow along with our clinic! I’m so happy to be a part of this wonderful DeFatta Team!
Mary – Coding Specialist
I’ve worked with the DeFatta’s since 2012 and was excited to be part of DeFatta ENT & Facial Plastic Surgery when the doors opened in April of 2014. I feel blessed to be part of such a wonderful team and have enjoyed the challenges that come with a brand new practice. Seeing how far we’ve come in such a short amount of time has been so rewarding! In my spare time I enjoy photography, spending time with my family and friends, and traveling.
Kayla – Medical Receptionist
I joined the DeFatta team in 2016. What I enjoy most about this job is meeting all of the new patients and having the chance to work with such an amazing group of people. I have learned so many new things being a part of this team and I am looking forward to learning much more. On my free time I enjoy spending time with friends and family, camping, and traveling.
Marissa – Medical Receptionist
I graduated from the Administrative Professional program at CVTC in 2016 and began working for the DeFatta’s shortly after. What I love the most about my job is the people I work for and with; it’s very family orientated. I love being busy and going above and beyond for our patients. On my free time I like to spend time with my fiancé, travel, and be surrounded by my friends & family.
Wendi – Allergy Nurse
I have worked as an R.N. for 21 years working in various settings from the Nursing Home to the Medical, Cardiac, and Oncology units at Sacred Heart Hospital. I started working for the DeFatta’s as an Allergy Nurse in 2011. One of the things I enjoy most about my job is getting to work with a variety of patients and being able to do that with a group that is dedicated to providing the best patient care. When I’m not at work I enjoy spending time with my family, gardening, and cross stitch.
Amanda – Medical Assistant
I’ve been working with the DeFattas since August 2011. The DeFattas and the staff are dedicated to their work and I am happy to be part of this team. In my free time I enjoy spending time outdoors with my husband and 2 kids.
Shay – Audiology Assistant
I graduated from the Medical Assistant Program at CVTC in 2008 and got my Hearing Instrument Specialist license in January 2016. I began working with the DeFatta’s in 2012 and it has been such a great experience. I’m beyond lucky to be able to work with such an amazing group of people in such a great environment. As a clinic we have grown so much through the years and I cannot wait to see how we grow in the years to come. We treat not only one another like family, but our patient’s also, which is a wonderful feeling. My husband and I have 2 kids, we enjoy going camping, traveling, going up to the lake, and just spending time together as a family.
Tiffany – Medical Receptionist
I graduated from Globe University in 2011. I worked as a Phlebotomist at Mayo Clinic Health Systems-Eau Claire for the last 5 years. I joined the team at DeFatta ENT & Facial Plastic Surgery in November of 2016. I enjoy the opportunity to be able to actually get to know your patients and be able to have a conversation with them. I also enjoy the way the staff has welcomed me and how they are all there for you just like the doctors are for their patients. Outside of work I love spending time with my significant other and our 5 children watching them play sports, especially baseball, and having campfires in the summer.
Bridget – Medical Assistant
I joined the DeFatta ENT and Facial Plastic Surgery team in 2015 as a Medical Assistant for Dr. Rima. What I enjoy most about my job is helping patients with their medical care. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my friends and family and watching my children play baseball, t-ball, and hockey.
Berta – CT Technician/Surgery Scheduler
I graduated from CVTC in 2003 from the Radiography program. I joined DeFatta ENT & Facial Plastic Surgery in December 2014 as a CT Tech and also took on the role of surgery scheduler. I enjoy working with the variety of patients that come to the clinic for their care. The doctors are very dedicated to their patients and all of the staff are wonderful to work with. I find it a very enjoyable place to work. In my free time my husband and I enjoy camping and spending time with family and friends.
Paula – Polysomnographer
Recently I have had the pleasure of joining the DeFatta ENT & Facial Plastic Surgery team as one of their sleep technicians. Helping people improve their quality of sleep has been a career I have enjoyed for over 20 years. The importance of good quality sleep is often underestimated in our busy lives. But if a person snores, is tired during the day, and has blood pressure issues, they should have a conversation with their doctor about being evaluated for a sleep disorder. DeFatta ENT & Facial Plastic Surgery has state of the art equipment, and beautiful sleeping rooms. Come see us for your sleep concerns!
